Hi, I'm Devon Bray!

Creativity, curiosity, and empathy define who I am. I thrive on learning, experimenting, and trying to understand the world.

I started my career in marketing and while it was fulfilling, I knew I wanted to do more for my audience. That's when I found User Experience design and was instantly hooked. A major life event reminded me how quickly life goes, so I decided it was time to pursue my passion for UX full-time. Afterall, I was already spending all of my free time redesigning every app and website I used in my head.

Since then, I have been working hard to learn all I can about the field. In addition to my marketing background giving me experience into user research and design principles, I have also completed the Google UX certificate program to further my studies in wireframing, iterative design, and prototyping. I have hands-on experience with HTML and CSS as I have maintained and managed a website for ACUI and built the website you are on right now.

As a UX designer, I'm passionate about adding functionality to beauty and crafting a memorable and enjoyable user experience. I know how much a bad experience can affect your entire day, and I want to create more positivity in the world!
